About the product:
Nitro is a one-component air-drying primer based on cellulose.

Features:
It is a special alkyd-based, fast-drying, high-filler primer that creates a smooth and firm surface for the final coat of paint to be applied.

Application:
Pure Cellulose Primer Before applying the paint, the surface should be free from dust, oil residues, etc. should be thoroughly cleaned and dried. It is used as a primer on metal surfaces. Cellulose filler varnish should be applied to the board. If there are many defects on the surface to be applied, if there are knots and crumbs, the surface should be smoothed with the necessary means. After cleaning the surface with Cellulose Thinner, the gaps and holes between the boards should be filled with wood powder by filling them with varnish, and then the whole surface should be smoothed and dusted with sumbata paper. A layer of cellulose primer is applied over the filler varnish. At least 2 coats should be applied depending on the accuracy of the desired surface. After at least 2-3 hours of application of the filler layer (25ºC temp, humidity RH = 55%) the whole surface should be scrubbed, cleaned of dust and painted with Pure Cellulose Primer. Finally, the last layer of Pure Cellulose is applied with a bright paint.

Drying time:
10-20 minutes for drying at 25ºC, 4 hours for complete drying.

Theoretical consumption number: 10.2 m2 / liter when the thickness is 50 microns
Practical expenditure number: Actual losses must be taken into account.

Shelf life:
2 years (in the original unopened box, in a cool place, provided that it is protected from freezing and direct sunlight).

Storage conditions:
In ventilated warehouses, in sealed packaging, in a dry and cool place. Must be protected from frost.
