It is low carbon and rutile covered. It gives filling metal with Cr-Ni. Welding seam has high resistance to acid and intergrain corrosion at operating temperatures up to 350°C and oxidation at temperatures up to 800°C. It is calm and its slag remains easy after welding. The welding seam has a smooth appearance. It is easy to ignite and suitable for the point source.

Usage Areas and Materials Welded

AISI 301 is for the conditional source of ostenitic type stainless steels stabilized with Nb and Ti, as well as the source of steels of type 302, 304, 304L, 308 and 308L. It is used at the source of steam and water fixtures, at the source of all kinds of tanks and equipment used in the dairy and other food industries, at the source of stainless and stainless coated steels operating under the influence of some chemical forces. Ideal for the process of combining stainless steels in the same or near chemical analysis with steel cast parts.
Diameters up to 3.25 mm are used in each position and electrodes with a diameter of 4 mm are used in horizontal positions.
