Instructions for use: The surface to be painted should be cleaned of dust and old paint, the surface should be cleaned, and after 2-3 hours of applying the primer PoliBinder, it should be thinned with 15% water and applied twice with a roller or brush with an interval of at least 1 hour.
Shelf life: 2 years unopened.

Drying Time: Dries in 3 hours. The second layer can be applied after 3 hours. Full drying time 24 hours.
