This genus includes about 60 species. Cypress is an evergreen coniferous tree or shrub with light green branches. Cypress shoots are elastic, soft, swinging downwards. The root system is very sensitive. The leaves are small, needle-shaped, arranged in pairs, varying in color from light green to dark green. Store in a well-lit place, protected from direct sunlight. Watering should be moderate, do not allow the root system to dry out. Rarely watered in winter.
